Little Marianas Clothing Boutique will be using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping activities.
To ensure that your package is going to the right destination, please carefully review your address information at checkout to make sure everything is correct before placing your order. As the customer, you are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to return shipping fees that the customer is responsible for.
We are not responsible for any stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Little Marianas Clothing Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Services directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Shipping Processing & Rates
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Mondays through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and any major holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the email or telephone number provided on your order.
United States & Territories Shipping
Free shipping on all United States, Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam orders.
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your packages for U.S. domestic shipping and 10-15 days to receive packages for U.S. Territories.
Additionally, please be aware that there have been shipping delays due to COVID-19, so your package may be delayed during its transit.
For international orders, all shipping prices will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Please allow 10-21 business days to receive your packages through International Shipping.
Please note that with any order delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed as there can be delays due to holidays, bad weather, and other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. pandemic).
Additionally, Little Marianas is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your country’s postal service to inquire about your package. It may be that you package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Little Marianas Clothing Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
Customers will receive tracking information via email when the shipping label is created. Please note that tracking information will not be available right at the moment of purchase and may take up to 2 days for the customer to receive tracking information.
